We uphold traditional skills, 60% of the work is done by hands, and only 40% is replaced by machines. All key parts such as splicing and receiving force use the traditional sample process. The production and overall assembly of the components adopt the traditional slow clamping method to allow the connection of the components to be integrated naturally. From the raw materials to the entire manufacturing process, the drying and dehumidifying procedures are strictly implemented. Based on their different assembly ways, they can be divided into below two kinds:

1. Loose Furniture: Casegoods and Upholstery

2. Joinery and Millworks

Loose furniture or movable furniture includes all the furniture can be moved independently. Upholstery furniture means those furniture with fabric or leather material such as sofa, chairs, armchairs, lounge chairs, ottoman, stools, benches etc. Casegoods includes tables, console, desk, cabinet, cupboard, nightstand, side table, coffee table etc.

Joinery usually means those furniture which will be assembly with other part of the houses such as wall panel, door and windows, wardrobe, minibar, TV background wall, Headboard Screen, skirt etc.

In addition, we own specific productions line for loose furniture and joinery furniture and also different technology teams for them. Named Tech dept is charged of the loose furniture and the engineering dept is responsible for the joinery and mill work, also a professional assembly team to complete relevant works such as size measurement at the job site, layout of the loose furniture, installation of the joinery.

All kinds of new furniture are widely used in the different areas of the hotel or residences such as guestrooms, public areas, office areas, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, balconies, apartments and villas, indoor and outdoor etc.

Yesenye has world-class advanced technology and equipment from Italy and Germany.It currently has four the worlds most advanced PU and NC paint automatic production lines and semi-automatic production lines total more than 6000 meters, and a full set of the most advanced machinery and equipment from Germany, Italy, and Taiwan, etc.

A total of 15 categories, 400 machines equipment and a total of 36 test machines.

There are also 1 UV automatic production line, 2 paint automatic production lines, and 2 paint semi-automatic production lines.

There are 6 CNC machines which can realize different patterns in timber or other soft material.

There are over 20 sewing machines which helps to complete upholstery quickly.

The various professional modeling machines for timber, foam etc. to shape the material in customized shape and make the details to be flat, smooth and straight to satisfy the different idea of the designers.
